Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between you (the client) and us (the Information Management Company). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
We agree to provide information management services as described in the individual project agreement or statement of work. These services may include data analysis, report generation, database management, and other related services.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. In general, we require payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. Confidentiality
We acknowledge that we may have access to confidential information. We agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All digital intellectual property rights in the work product resulting from our services will belong to you upon payment in full for our services.
6. Liability
If any digital analysis provided as part of the agreed project is proven to be unfit for the intended purpose, we will be liable for the remuneration of services rendered, less any expenses incurred. This liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services that caused the loss or damage.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will be entitled to payment for all services provided up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to maintaining a positive relationship with our clients and aim to resolve any disputes amicably within mutually agreed timeframes. We believe in open communication and will work diligently to address any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises from this agreement, we will seek resolution through mediation or arbitration in the United Kingdom. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure such situations do not occur, prioritizing your satisfaction and the successful completion of our services.
